Trix worked on our kitchen extension design from start to finish and was amazing. She was thorough, understood our needs and came up with wonderful ideas which really worked. Trix also helped us source the builders for the project who were able to work within our tight budget. Due to Trix's attention to detail there were no hidden costs that cropped up later which we were so appreciative of. I cannot recommend Trix highly enough as a wonderful, thoughtful and skilled architect who is approachable and understands the customers' needs from the start.

I highly recommend Trix Tanzarella who we used for a kitchen/side return renovation. We live in a conservation area in Herne Hill… and wanted to keep the soul and features of our 1860s house… had complicated Victorian drains to take into consideration… wanted to somehow incorporate our unused dining room into the sense of space… and I insisted on a plan that accommodated a round table and sink by the window. She embraced all of the challenges, came up with a plan, got us through planning, approval through Thames Water, gave us ceiling height, brought light into our dining room which is now a room we've started using and dare I claim it, the most beautiful kitchen in all of south London.

She paid attention to every detail, people/movement flow in the kitchen and into and out of the kitchen from the moment you walk through the front door and how one would cook, entertain and clean up in a kitchen. She was so great that we hired her to project manage the renovation and it was the best money we every spent. Again, she dealt with every detail, coordinated all of the timing, thoroughly examined every bit of work (drains to the layout of the underfloor heating to how every cabinet closes). We found her a dream to work with. Love our kitchen. As someone who worries about everything, I didn't worry or stress out whatsoever.

Highly recommend Teknikin! We met Trix through a network of friends, and all I can say is she was a Godsend! Professional, meticulous, friendly and always there when we needed her - prompt on all communications. Drew up plans swiftly, efficiently and to suit, whilst providing valuable advice on alterations and best use of space, also taking into account the aesthetics of the property. Planning permission, building control, along with changes and additional hurdles that arose - Council, Thames water and others - were dealt with in a timely manner and we were always kept updated with good guidance. We have future projects in the pipeline and will most definitely be in touch with Trix again. Thank you for everything - beautiful results ;-)

Trix worked with us on our new kitchen in 2018. Throughout the whole process Trix was very thorough, easy to communicate with and flexible. Trix came up with a number of well thought through design options for us and worked hard to understand our needs. Trix worked well with the team of builders on the project as well as all the suppliers. We were really happy with the finished design and Trix was a major factor in things turning out so well.

Trix was friendly, responsive, straight-forward to work with, organised and efficient....she held the planning department to their timelines through persistent lobbying. Overall everything we could want from an architect, we would be happy to work with her again.
